How Your Donations Are Used

We believe you deserve to know exactly how your generosity is put to work. Here's a transparent look at where donations go.

Our Spending Breakdown

| Category | % of Donations | |---|---| | Veterinary care & medicine | 52% | | Food & shelter | 22% | | Rescue operations & transport | 14% | | Community outreach | 8% | | Administration | 4% |

Veterinary Care (52%)

This is our largest and most critical expense. Every rescued animal receives:

  • Initial health assessment
  • Vaccinations and parasite treatment
  • Spay/neuter surgery
  • Emergency care when needed

In 2025, we completed over 340 spay/neuter procedures — a key step in controlling the stray population long-term.

Food & Shelter (22%)

We partner with three local shelters and maintain a network of 40+ foster families. Your donations cover:

  • Quality pet food (grain-free for animals with sensitivities)
  • Bedding, crates, and enrichment toys
  • Monthly shelter facility costs

Rescue Operations (14%)

Fuel, transport vehicles, rescue equipment, and 24/7 emergency response — none of it is possible without funding.

Community Outreach (8%)

Education matters. We run monthly workshops on responsible pet ownership, humane treatment, and the importance of adoption over purchase.

Why Transparency Matters

We publish our annual financial report every January. We believe accountability builds trust — and trust builds a stronger community for animals in need.

Thank you for making all of this possible.
